We've had the pleasure of drinking Zelen before. It's an old grape indiginous to the Primorska region of Slovenia. There are only 64 ha. there but in this iteration as they say, we reckon it the equal of any white grape to be found anywhere.
We've tried Guerila's Zelen previosly but this one by Burja is even better, and only 11%.
That's the good news.
The bad news is it's very difficult to find, most anywhere.
